PETER CAFFERKEY
Peter brings over 20 years experience in the philanthropic and impact space and is the founding director of Boncerto.
He is driven to help clients achieve their philanthropic, cultural and social impact goals through simple to understand advice, practical delivery, and connections.
Alongside his work at Boncerto, he also is a board member of global health charity Global Health 50/50, and a representative of Impact Europe (previously the EVPA).
BONCERTO’S NAME IS INSPIRED BY THE LATIN “BONUM CERTAMEN” WHICH MEANS “THE GOOD FIGHT”

KENNY WASHINGTON
Kenny has spent over 40 years working across a number of industry sectors including music industry multi-nationals (Sony Music, BMG), software development, the manufacturing industry and charity (Christian Aid).
He currently works as a consultant where he focuses on finding and realising value in ideas through relationship and practical network building.

JAMES KETCHELL
James is a communications specialist with two decades of experience in the membership, not-for-profit, and social good sectors. He is passionate about helping organisations and industries tell their stories clearly and effectively.
His approach focuses on simplifying complex ideas and ensuring that every message resonates clearly with its intended audience. -
OZODBEK KAMILDJANOV
Ozodbek ran his own family office, and in 2022 he setup Syracuse Advisers to help other clients, family offices and foundations, on fund structuring, wealth protection, corporate finance, real estate, and alternative investments (Private Equity, Venture Capital).
He has previously held senior advisory roles in the UK, Europe, UAE and Turkey, and he brings experience of working with families across the globe, including central Asia.
